Overview Osprey Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support production AI agent solutions using Python, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and LangGraph . This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on developing reliable, multi-step AI workflows and deploying them into production environments. The ideal candidate brings experience building AI agents, integrating enterprise systems and data sources, and supporting AI solutions throughout their lifecycle. The resource will support ongoing AI initiatives spanning new development, troubleshooting, enhancement, and production support. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy production AI agent solutions using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph Create agentic workflows incorporating tool use, branching, state management, and multi-step decision-making Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, documents, and enterprise applications Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve production AI agent solutions Monitor agent performance, reliability, and operational health Diagnose and resolve production issues involving agent behavior, integrations, and workflows Document technical designs, deployment processes, configurations, and support procedures Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions Required Qualifications Hands-on experience deploying AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Experience building AI agents or complex, multi-step generative AI workflows Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and/or LangGraph Experience integrating AI applications with APIs, databases, documents, and/or enterprise systems Demonstrated experience testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AI agent solutions in production Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and configuring agent workflows within UI-based development environments Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise systems, APIs, Power Platform, or Microsoft services Experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Copilot Studio solutions in production Experience developing AI solutions within enterprise or regulated environments Core Competencies Agentic AI Engineering: Strong understanding of AI agents, orchestration, tool use, state management, and multi-step workflows Hands-On Development: Ability to independently build, test, debug, and deploy production AI solutions Production Support: Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with a focus on reliability and operational performance Systems Integration: Ability to connect AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and document repositories Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex technical and agent-behavior issues and develop practical solutions Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and other technical resources Communication: Clear technical documentation and the ability to translate requirements into executable AI solutions Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving AI technology landscape We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
