Responsibilities Lead a successful team Sell Allstate’s products and services to help customers meet their needs Build trust with customers Be a confident self‑starter Maintain a positive and self‑motivated attitude Qualifications Prior business or franchise ownership preferred, but not required Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required Experience in day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, planning, staffing strategies or business/sales management Must obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, life & health before appointment with Allstate Investment of liquid capital to cover startup costs; Allstate does not take possession of your capital and there are no franchise fees Ability to use capital to cover operational expenses such as payroll, lease, marketing, utilities, etc. Required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen Skills Customer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Results‑Oriented Compensation.
