As an Allstate Agency Owner, you will lead a small team, sell Allstate products and services, build trust with customers, and run a profitable business. Key Responsibilities Lead a successful team of agents and support staff. Sell Allstate’s products and services to help customers meet their needs. Build trust with customers and provide excellent service. Demonstrate confidence, self‑starter attitude, and maintain a positive and self‑motivated mindset. Qualifications Prior business or franchise ownership preferred, but not required. Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required. Experience in day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing strategy or business/sales management. Must obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, life & health before appointment. Liquid capital investment to cover startup costs; Allstate does not take possession of funds.
