About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the security industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
