We are looking t o hire a Staffing Coordinator As a Staffing Coordinator at MercyOne , you will o perate the automated staffing and scheduling system, maintains database and system integrity. Coordinates staffing and determines resource allocation for designated patient care areas based on the standards and philosophies of Genesis Medical Center. Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are of moderate difficulty and sensitivity. Contact with others may involve detailed & lengthy dialogues & exchanges of information. Requires a moderate amount of interpersonal skills. Interactions involve dealing with moderately complicated problem situations or stressful encounters. Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a holiday rotation Education: High school graduation or equivalent General requirements: word processing with a minimum of 40 wpm Medical terminology Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are of moderate difficulty and sensitivity. Contact with others may involve detailed & lengthy dialogues & exchanges of information. Requires a moderate amount of interpersonal skills.
