Job Overview A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation and Benefits Associate for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in executive compensation within a law firm or equivalent setting, with a preference for those familiar with transactional matters. Duties Advise clients on executive compensation matters. Assist in the structuring and implementation of compensation plans. Collaborate on transactional matters involving compensation issues. Conduct legal research and draft related documents. Requirements 2-8+ years of executive compensation experience. Experience in transactional matters preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance. Retirement savings plan.
