Warehouse Clerk/Driver (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus) Job Type: Full-time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Warehouse / Operations Location: On-Site, Orlando, FL Pay Range: $20 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Position Overview Synthetic Grass Warehouse is growing and seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Driver to join our operations team. This role supports daily warehouse functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner. Load and unload freight containers and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided). High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Valid driver’s license required (if driving company vehicles). Work Environment Warehouse and outdoor environment. Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling. Exposure to moving equipment and machinery.
