Payroll Coordinator

Ensuring accurate and timely data transfers to ADP, the full-time remote Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll processing activities, including data collection, audits, and issue resolution while collaborating with HR and vendors. Key responsibilities Assist in data collection and preparation for payroll processing, ensuring compliance with production schedules Perform detailed audits of payroll data and validate information flowing from Workday to ADP Identify discrepancies and collaborate with HR/HRIS to resolve payroll-related issues effectively Required qualifications College degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent training and experience in payroll functions 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or data auditing Exposure to ADP payroll platforms, preferably COS Lyric Experience with Workday HCM data structures and payroll inputs Experience in outsourced payroll or vendor-supported payroll environments
