About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Director to lead and expand its operations in Colorado. This senior leadership role is ideal for a professional with a background in project management, program management, or a related field within aviation and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the regional business, including project delivery, team management, client development, and regional expansion. Key duties involve leading major project and construction management assignments, managing a team of professionals, building client and industry relationships, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership on long-term business strategy and maintaining a strong presence in project delivery. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in project or program management within the built environment or infrastructure sector, with previous experience in aviation or airport projects being highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, the ability to manage project financial performance, and a proven track record in building and maintaining senior client relationships. Leadership experience, a commercial mindset, and a strong network within the region are also important.
