We’re looking for full-time, hardworking, self-disciplined, positive-thinking individuals to join a fast-paced team of independent benefits specialists. You will provide product and service information to customers and union workers, and train your own team of representatives to become the top team in New England.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Full-time availability and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Willingness to obtain any required insurance licenses/certifications (company will assist with training)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
