Technical Recruiter

Description As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. You will build strategies to engage and build relationships with world‑class talent within the information technology communities. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike. Qualifications Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market. Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization. A positive and team‑oriented approach to your work. Duties/Tasks A positive and team‑oriented approach to your work. Effectively and efficiently screen candidates for required qualifications. Educate and engage candidates about the company's mission and journey in a compelling way. Drive candidates through the hiring process, always ensuring the best experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback, iterate on the role requirements, and evolve your sourcing and hiring strategy as needed. Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes. Track and report on recruiting KPIs. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Three (3)+ years of full cycle IT recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization. Experience in sourcing and finding candidates qualified for Information Technology roles for multiple government and commercial customers.
