In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.What You'll Do:Manage annual merit and bonus cycles, including planning, modeling, and executionLead promotion and job movement processes (in-grade and grade progression)Support market adjustments and retention-related compensation actionsExecute compensation transactions and processes within Workday (or similar HRIS)Offer DevelopmentPartner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop competitive offersProvide guidance on salary positioning based on internal equity and market benchmarksSupport complex offers and exception requestsSales Incentives & Bonus ProgramsAdminister sales incentive plans and performance bonus programsPartner with Finance and Sales teams on payout accuracy, governance, and improvementsSupport updates to incentive structures as business needs evolveBenchmarking & Market AnalysisLead benchmarking activities across the U.S., Canada, and MexicoMaintain salary structures aligned to market data and internal equityProvide insights on pay positioning, trends, and competitivenessPartnership & AdvisoryAdvise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisionsSupport promotions, pay actions, and retention strategiesContribute to workforce planning and organizational changesGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable compensation regulations across all three countriesMaintain strong governance and approval processesSupport pay equity and consistency reviewsWhat You Bring:Experience7+ years of compensation experienceExperience supporting compensation programs in the U.S. (Canada/Mexico exposure a plus)Strong hands-on experience with:Merit and bonus cyclesOffer development and salary recommendationsCompensation benchmarkingSkillsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAdvanced Excel skills; HRIS experience (Workday preferred)Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and sound judgmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsEducationBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related fieldCCP or related certification preferredYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
