Compensation Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to lead and enhance compensation programs that support a growing, global organization. This strategic role partners closely with HR and business leaders to develop competitive compensation strategies, oversee annual compensation programs, and ensure compensation practices remain market competitive, equitable, and compliant. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in broad-based compensation, incentive design, market analysis, and compensation operations, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compensation initiatives across a complex organization. Key Responsibilitie sDevelop, implement, and maintain compensation programs that align with business objectives and organizational strategy .Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and business executives on compensation-related matters .Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with company objectives .Recommend enhancements to compensation policies and practices based on market trends and business needs .Maintain job architecture, job evaluations, and compensation structures .Participate in salary surveys and benchmark positions against market data .Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to support talent attraction and retention .Conduct pay equity and market competitiveness analyses .Lead the annual merit and compensation planning process from preparation through execution .Partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate implementation of compensation changes .Prepare compensation reports, communications, and supporting documentation for leadership .Support ongoing administration of salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation processes .Advise leaders on salary recommendations, promotions, organizational changes, and other compensation decisions .Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and internal equity reviews .Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local compensation regulations .Collaborate with HR partners to develop practical, data-driven compensation solutions .Qualificatio nsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferre d.7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or compensation consultin g.Strong knowledge of broad-based compensation design, salary structures, job evaluations, and market pricin g.Experience designing and administering variable pay and incentive compensation program s.Demonstrated experience supporting annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning cycle s.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation dat a.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysi s.Experience working within HRIS platforms and compensation management system s.Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilitie s.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders at all level s.Preferred Experien ceExperience supporting compensation programs within a large, complex, or global organizatio n.Background collaborating with external compensation consultants and salary survey provider s.Experience performing compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and financial modelin g.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environmen #J-18808-Ljbffr
