Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract position with a collaborative school district in Hitchcock, Texas. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our special education team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for functional, fine motor, visual motor, and sensory processing needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered occupational therapy goals.

• Provide engaging, direct occupational therapy services in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to ensure students can safely and effectively access their educational environment.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided in compliance with Texas state guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license (issued by ECPTOTE) is required (or eligibility to obtain).

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.

• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred but not required.
