NOW HIRING: Human Resources Director
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations at our skilled nursing facility. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment, we want to hear from you!
Human Resources Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation claims
- Develop and implement HR policies to support staff retention and workplace culture
- Serve as a resource for employees and leadership, fostering a positive work environment
Human Resources Director Qualifications:
- Experience as an HR Director or HR Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels
