Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor behaviors and apply effective behavior management strategies tailored to the detox process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, wellness coaches, and nursing staff, to provide integrated counseling and psychotherapy.

• Track and analyze outcomes to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.

• Supply families with information and tools that enhance their support for clients, fostering a holistic approach to recovery.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods to enhance patient outcomes, including third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation adhering to state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be experiencing significant challenges related to substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have a broad range of needs, requiring a sensitive and adaptable approach. You will be instrumental in guiding them through critical phases of recovery, working to instill hope and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing social work services, particularly in a mental health or substance abuse context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
