Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Leading the operational strategy for Residential Sales, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Sales Operations will manage sales administration, reporting, and process optimization while ensuring operational excellence across various sales channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies to support Residential Sales across multiple channels Oversee sales support processes, ensuring operational readiness for new product launches and promotions Manage commission administration and ensure accuracy in sales compensation calculations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role Experience in managing sales compensation programs within telecommunications or subscription-based industries Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
