Account Manager II

Addison Group is hiring an Account Manager II for our client, a financial services organization specializing in recreational product financing. This position will focus on customer account management and collections for moderately delinquent accounts while providing professional service and support throughout the customer relationship.

The ideal candidate will have prior collections experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers to identify appropriate payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of moderately delinquent customer accounts, primarily those between 30 and 60 days past due.
• Conduct frequent inbound and outbound customer calls to address account balances and establish payment arrangements.
• Work with customers to determine appropriate payment methods and repayment solutions.
• Provide responsive customer service for both delinquent and current accounts.
• Research accounts with limited or outdated contact information and perform basic skip-tracing activities when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions, account activity, payment arrangements, and other relevant information.
• Follow established collection procedures, communication guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with applicable collection regulations, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Complete required training, certifications, and compliance assessments.
• Consistently meet established productivity, quality, and performance expectations.
• Protect sensitive customer and account information while handling all interactions professionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional collections experience preferred.
• Experience with auto lending, automotive claims, recreational vehicle financing, or a related financial services environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting a high volume of customer interactions by phone.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional customer-service approach.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and customer information appropriately.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to learn and follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
