Pharmacy Operations Coordinator

Supporting daily pharmacy operations, the full-time Clinical Pharmacy Operations Coordinator will manage prescription processing workflows, assist clinicians and internal teams, and collaborate with customer experience members in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily pharmacy operational workflows and administrative tasks for timely prescription processing Provide frontline operational support to clinicians and internal teams for routine pharmacy workflow inquiries Collaborate with the customer experience team to assist with member-facing pharmacy workflows and inquiries Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive, task-based work with accuracy Comfort learning and working within multiple technical systems Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with occasional holiday coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
