Account Executive - Mid Market

The Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from discovery through close—within small to mid-sized law firms across the U.S. You will take a consultative, solution-led approach to understanding a firm’s operational challenges and positioning us as a strategic platform to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability. This is a quota-carrying role suited to a driven, structured seller who thrives in a consultative SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close Develop and execute territory/account plans to exceed revenue targets Run tailored product demonstrations aligned to firm workflows and business objectives Build relationships with Managing Partners, COOs, Legal Administrators, and IT stakeholders Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and longer consultative sales cycles Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover Stay informed on legal tech trends and competitive landscape Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience Proven track record of exceeding quota in a closing role Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations strongly preferred Background in legal tech Saas is a plus Skills & Attributes: Strong consultative and value-based selling skills Comfortable managing complex sales cycles (60–180+ days) Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management Self-starter mindset with the ability to work remotely Strong communication and presentation skills What Success Looks Like Consistent attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets Strong pipeline generation and conversion rates Positive feedback from prospects on sales professionalism and domain expertise High-quality handover leading to successful customer onboarding Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission OTE aligned with mid-market SaaS benchmarks Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan Flexible PTO Fully remote working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Novum Global
