We're looking for a professional and kind person to add to our team and manage our dental office. This person would need to have strong communication and leadership skills. Daily tasks would include answering phones, scheduling, staffing, monitoring office supplies and equipment and overseeing financials such as insurance claims/payments, and overseeing accounts payable including patient balances and payment processes. Qualifications for this role include strong organizational and time management skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as problem solving and decision making abilities. Experience with medical office management and/or dental insurance/billing is strongly preferred.
