Primary Function The PM Technician supports the branch, and client, in all preventative maintenance that our fleet of industrial equipment needs. This position ensures that all rental equipment maintenance and repair needs of the branch are conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department and beyond. Primary Duties Performs preventative maintenance of all industrial equipment primarily in the field, but also in the shop Inspects and lubricates all equipment to ensure safe operation prior to customer delivery Preform routine inspections and lubricates all equipment in the field to ensure safe operation Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and upkeep Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures. Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner Communicates with the team for ordering and stocking of needed parts, equipment, and accessories Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories Foster good working relationships with clients and team members by training on parts, equipment, and accessories Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products, inventory, and delivery capabilities Assist with stocking, pick-up, and delivery of all parts, equipment, and accessories Maintain a clean work environment Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management Education & Skills Required Must be mechanically inclined with background and knowledge of heavy equipment Must have your own tools Must be able to travel locally and regionally Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish assigned projects Must be detail oriented and organized Must have a valid state driver’s license with a moderately clean driving record Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time in all weather conditions Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs. 4-Horn Industrial is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
