Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO or equivalent) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Skilled in audit execution and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and training abilities.
• Language skills: Good command of English and proficiency in Chinese (spoken and reading ).
• Familiarity with the glass manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Leading quality audits, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing and coaching the quality control team to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
• Providing training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
