Quality Manager
Shantou Tanuma Testing Tools Co.,Ltd
- Handle customer complaints, Japanese complaints, lead root cause analysis and correction, take preventive measures, and maintain customer satisfaction;
- Nonconforming product management, hosting defect meetings, reviewing the causes of defects, and proposing countermeasures;
- Establish a quality team and clarify job responsibilities *Establish, implement, and maintain a quality management system to ensure stable product quality;
- Specify quality standards for each product to ensure that inspections are evidence-based;
- Monitor the entire OQC process to prevent batch defects;
- Collaborate with Japan to build a bridge for quality communication and improvement
