- Design and develop highly complex chat and voice conversational experiences with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Create innovative conversational AI solutions, leveraging a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Apply proven knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), bot platforms, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Craft conversations and logic that align with company strategy, ensuring adherence to brand voice, tone, and standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate insights into effective conversational solutions.
- Demonstrate ownership through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Present a digital portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant AI and conversational project experience.
- No background check or drug screening required.
