Now Hiring: Project Information Management Specialist (Hybrid) We are seeking a Project Information Management Specialist to support the development and implementation of the infrastructure, processes, and controls necessary to efficiently manage and secure project-related documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project records are properly maintained, controlled, and archived throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project information management processes and infrastructure Manage and secure vendor documents, construction documents, quality records, and vital business records Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for project information management and document control Coordinate the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and archival submission of construction work packages Ensure documentation complies with project requirements, records retention standards, and regulatory guidelines Partner with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain accurate and complete project records Qualifications Experience in project information management, document control, records management, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting construction, engineering, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred Knowledge of document management systems and revision control processes Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Work Arrangement: Hybrid If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply or reach out directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
