Referral Guide Specialist

This is on the Southside of Jacksonville - they are seeking someone with availability to start ASAP! 

salary: $17 - $17.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer systems to process new TRICARE orders and dispatch setup technicians
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, physicians, and technicians via phone, email, and fax

• Update patient and referral source information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.)

• Facilitate equipment needs of setup technicians

• Type documents and correspondence and send to patients and referral sources

• Roll-over phone support as needed

• Escalate issues to Referral Guide Supervisor or Director of Operations

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current services and supplies offered

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

• Perform patient follow-up calls

• Works Various Reports as needed

• On occasion resolve sleep apnea therapy patient issues/concerns
