Staffing Coordinator Home Health

Responsibilities Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, client scheduling needs and caregiver availability. Work closely with clients to schedule caregivers for home care and problem‑solve arising issues. Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requests. Consistently organize caregiver and client issues (e.g., time‑off requests, questions, schedule changes, availability concerns). Utilize a web‑based care management system to monitor caregivers for on‑time arrival, manage clock‑in/clock‑out, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver records. Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff. Perform in‑home assessment visits and calls as required. Complete incident reporting as necessary. Contact healthcare providers to obtain documentation and information as needed. Ensure all state and federal rules and regulations are strictly adhered to. Provide on‑call support as needed. Perform other projects and duties assigned by administration. Requirements High school diploma or GED. At least two years of relevant work experience. Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Fast‑paced and self‑directing, capable of working with little direct supervision. Advanced computer proficiency and comfort with technology applications including personnel recruiting systems, staffing and scheduling systems, electronic medical records, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly organized and detail oriented, able to handle extensive paperwork/documentation. Reliable car, valid state driver’s license and car insurance. Background check required.
