*MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)*Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator assists the business with personnel management through coordinating and proper handling of personnel and safety matters for employees and management. The Human Resources Coordinator must have the ability to multi-task and remain organized to perform in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures. Responsibilities include handling employment issues, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and that company policies are adhered to. May assist with other administrative tasks and other projects as assigned. Requirements for Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Experienced in Human Resources preferredBilingual (English & Spanish) Specialized Knowledge, Skill and Experience:Good working knowledge of accounting practices and payroll tax laws.Excellent communication skills, especially verbal and oral communication.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent attention to details.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, task-oriented projects, and details simultaneously.Maintain confidentiality. Abilities:Solid computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and payroll systems.Working knowledge of office procedures and office equipment.Ability to operate phone and other office equipment.Professional attitude and appearance.Maintain confidentiality. Requires repetitive movement, standing, walking, sitting, writing letters and memos, face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams, use of electronic mail, telephone conversations, contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise).
