Sign-On Bonus

This position is eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus . The bonus will be paid in two installments: $750 after 90 days of continuous employment $750 after 6 months of continuous employment To be eligible for each payment, the employee must be actively employed and in good standing on the applicable payout date. Applicable taxes and withholdings will be deducted from each payment.

Mobile Equipment Operator | Gerdau

Safety-driven operator with hands-on experience running mobile cranes, magnet cranes, and shears to process and move scrap materials efficiently. I support daily yard operations by loading and unloading trucks and railcars, preparing scrap to spec, and maintaining equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance. Known for strong teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to Gerdau's safety, environmental, and core values.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Education/GED preferred.
• Desire to enhance skills and knowledge to develop as a Gerdau employee
