Gofractional is seeking an experienced HR lead to manage multi-state compliance for a small, remote US company. You will handle onboarding and offboarding, including offer letters, I-9s, background checks, and state-specific new-hire paperwork, as well as SOC 2 audit documentation. The role requires precise, proactive thinking and timely communication, with a focus on staying ahead of evolving state laws.
