Vale Healthy Kitchen is on a mission to change what it means to eat well. We're building real communities around real food: fully customizable, made-from-scratch bowls with antibiotic- and hormone-free proteins, served fast, priced fairly, and crafted for people who actually want to feel good. Think Chipotle — but cleaner ingredients, bolder flavors, and a culture that actually gives a damn.

We now have 10 locations across Florida — Wynwood, Gainesville, Tampa x 2, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Brickell, Pinecrest, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach — and we're just getting started. The next chapter of this growth story needs a leader like you.

The Role: Area Manager — South FL Miami District

You're not just managing restaurants. You're the Head Coach of a championship team.

This Area Manager role oversees three Vale locations: Pinecrest, Brickell, and Wynwood — a dynamic district that puts you at the center of two of Florida's most exciting, fast-growing markets. You'll lead and elevate a team of General Managers who look to you to set the standard, and you'll be a driving force as Vale continues its statewide expansion.

What You'll Own

People First, Always

• Build a deep bench of talent at every level — from identifying raw potential in the community to developing polished, promotion-ready General Managers across all three locations
\n
• Lead your GMs personally and professionally through intentional coaching, real feedback, and an infectious belief in what people can become
\n
• Drive a culture of excellence rooted in authenticity — where your team trusts you, learns from you, and runs through walls for you
\n

Business Performance

• Own your district's P&L across Miami — hitting and surpassing top-line sales goals while maintaining smart labor and food cost management
\n
• Identify leading indicators early and pivot fast — you don't wait for problems to show up in reports
\n
• Build and execute local community marketing strategies that turn neighborhoods into loyal Vale fans
\n

Operational Mastery

• Ensure every Vale location under your watch delivers on our promise: fresh, high-quality food, made the right way, every single day
\n
• Champion food safety, culinary standards, and operational consistency across all three locations
\n
• Create and scale systems that make your GMs' lives easier and your guest experience consistently exceptional
\n

• Develop brand ambassadors in every neighborhood you operate in — people who bring Vale into their communities

You Bring

\n
• 5+ years of restaurant management experience , with a track record of leading and developing teams
\n
• Experience in fast casual restaurant operations (strongly preferred)
\n
• Proven ability to manage and grow 25+ team members per shift
\n
• Solid command of P&L, COGS, labor scheduling, budgeting, and financial planning
\n
• ServSafe Manager's Certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
\n
• Experience leading food safety programs and culinary operations
\n
• Strong instincts for people — you know how to read a room, build trust, and inspire action
\n
• The ability to hold multiple variables at once: food quality, team performance, guest experience, and financial results — simultaneously
\n
• Comfortable with regular travel between South Florida to support all three locations
\n
