This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of Client Management based in the United States. This role focuses on leading strategic, high-value client relationships across global enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on driving long-term growth and profitability. You will oversee complex multinational portfolios, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams. The position blends consultative account management, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making to unlock new revenue opportunities. You will be responsible for deepening client engagement while identifying innovative solutions that enhance value delivery and operational outcomes. This is a highly strategic and relationship-driven role operating in a global, matrixed environment with significant cross-regional collaboration. You will shape account strategies across multiple markets, ensuring alignment between client objectives and enterprise value propositions. The environment is fast-paced, international, and focused on delivering measurable business impact through long-term partnerships. \n Accountabilities: Lead and grow a portfolio of global multinational accounts, driving revenue expansion and long-term client retention. Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on profitability growth and non-transactional revenue expansion. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders across complex global organizations. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen value positioning. Lead executive business reviews, quarterly and annual client meetings, and strategic planning sessions. Identify new revenue streams by understanding client business drivers and uncovering unmet needs. Oversee global account strategy execution across multiple regions, aligning regional teams to shared client objectives. Develop pricing strategies and support ongoing P&L management to optimize account performance. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP processes to secure long-term partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, client outcomes, and overall account growth. Requirements 5+ years of experience in global account management, client success, or enterprise sales roles. Proven track record managing large, complex, multinational client portfolios. Strong consultative selling skills with demonstrated ability to grow revenue and improve profitability. Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and identify key profitability drivers. Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills. Ability to build and execute structured account plans with measurable outcomes. Experience working in matrixed, global, and cross-functional environments. Strong negotiation skills, including RFP management and contract renewal experience. Proficiency with business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional travel for executive reviews. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
