Elementary School Secretary

POSITION TITLE : Elementary School Secretary REPORTS TO: Elementary Principal TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS:
8. Assist taking care of sick students in absence of school nurse
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding all information relating to students and staff.
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient computer knowledge and word processing
- Knowledge of usage of office equipment, such as copy machine
- Good public relations skills
- Serve as registrar for all student records and handles all exchanges of records between schools.
- Manage data within student data system, Infinite Campus.
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to principal and staff
- Keep accurate daily attendance records.
- Coordinate schedules for special events.
8. Assist taking care of sick students in absence of school nurse
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding all information relating to students and staff.
- Assist in implementing student incentive plans.
- Assist the Principal, Assistant Principal, and Counselor with managerial tasks.
- Other duties assigned by the principal.
