Allegiance Staffing Greensboro is seeking for a Bilingual Recruiter for the Mebane area: We need a Bilingual Recruiter!

$21 per hour

Monday through Friday

8am – 5pm

Temp to hire position

Job Description for Bilingual Recruiter:

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities for Bilingual Recruiter:

Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
Support HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement
Ensure compliance with federal, North Carolina, and OSHA regulations
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
Assist with training programs, employee engagement, and HR projects

Qualifications for Bilingual Recruiter:

Staffing, recruiting and manufacturing OR similar experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with ADP systems required
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, HRIS)

Requirements for Bilingual Recruiter:

High School Diploma or GED
Reliable and flexible, with availability for occasional weekends
Must complete interview at Greensboro office
Must pass background check and drug screening
