Job Title: Data Analyst / Software Development Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite – 3 Days/Week)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer 2 with experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Data Analytics, Frontend Development, API Integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with IT, instructional design, and cross-functional teams to improve learning experiences and automate business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Percipio, or similar platforms.
• Analyze learning data using SQL, Excel, and Data Analytics to improve system performance and user experience.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Integrate LMS platforms with backend systems through APIs.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Learning Designers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage LMS content, learning resources, and platform configurations.
• Ensure scalable, responsive, and user-friendly learning solutions.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of Software Development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Data Analytics.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus).
• API integration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with UAT, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Appian Low-Code Platform
• AI/Workflow Automation
• SuccessFactors, Percipio, or similar LMS platforms
• Qualtrics, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
