Vice President of Sales

Vice President of Sales – Flexible Packaging Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, we are a diversified flexible packaging manufacturer and distributor servicing North America seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven sales leader for our U.S. sales and marketing efforts. You will own our commercial strategy, mentor a high‑performing team, and accelerate regional and national revenue growth. What You Will Do Drive Strategy: Design and execute annual sales plans to capture market share in high‑growth industries such as food, agriculture and industrial packaging. Lead Teams: Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of sales representatives and account managers. Manage Accounts: Cultivate executive‑level relationships with major enterprise clients and key industry partners. Analyze Markets: Monitor manufacturing trends, competitor movements, and material innovations to position our products effectively. Collaborate Daily: Partner with plant operations, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and pricing accuracy. What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the flexible packaging sector. Leadership: Proven track record of managing remote sales teams and hitting million‑dollar+ regional targets. Knowledge: Good understanding of polymers, films, laminations and/or paper and sustainable packaging solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Travel: Ability to travel up to 30-50% to visit clients, manufacturing facilities and sales teammates.
