Service Advisor High Volume, Family-Owned Trinity Auto Care is a premier, family-owned independent shop built on honesty and local trust. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants the high earning potential of a big-box store but without the corporate micromanagement. Around here, we don't use high-pressure tactics. What Youll Do:

Build genuine relationships with our loyal Blaine community.
Present clear, honest repair recommendations based on vehicle needs.
Coordinate with our skilled technicians to keep the workflow moving.
Provide a "concierge-level" experience from check-in to car delivery.

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of Service Advisor experience.
Strong understanding of automotive systems and digital shop management.
Excellent communication skills and a "people-first" attitude.
A valid drivers license.
