Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based
Responsibilities:As a Real Estate Sales Agent , you’ll work with qualified buyers and sellers, convert provided leads into clients, and guide transactions from consultation to closing.
Work directly with pre-qualified buyers and sellers from consultation through closing
Convert provided real estate leads into active clients and closed transactions
Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven workflows
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective clients
Manage your sales pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently
Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings
We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Sales Agent ready to grow their production, close more deals, and build a successful long-term career.
Active Georgia Real Estate License required
Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
