$19.00 - $27.00/hr* Full time | Shifts may vary Responsibilities Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics standards by implementing action plans applying the Open Door Policy and executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift safely, following company standards and guidelines by picking, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities and learn from change, difficulties and feedback. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow; follows company policy and procedures; uses equipment appropriately; handles inventory exceptions; corrects shelf capacities; retains required paperwork logs and documentation. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, guiding members on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting company products and services. Maintains safety of the facility following company policies and procedures; conducts safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handles hazardous materials, follows steel standard guidelines, and reports unsafe situations to management. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up, cleaning and organising product displays, ensuring modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging and delivering merchandise, promoting promotional and seasonal merchandise, processing defective merchandise following sanitation and food safety regulations, and monitoring shrink, security and safety risks. Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking club pickup orders throughout the day, staging, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy, and performing occasional audits for accuracy. Handles moves and displays goods in safe and correct ways; tracks goods; maintains in‑stock levels and controls shrinkage; reports poor inventory practices and low in‑stock levels in the assigned area; uses inventory tools and equipment correctly. Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways; reports unsafe conditions or practices; informs management when forklifts are not in proper working order. Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, assists with technology services and items, models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services and work areas, and fixes problems promptly. Additional Information The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
