Restaurant General Manager | Full-Service Restaurant | $100,000–$110,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus

Restaurant General Manager Benefits- $100,000–$110,000 base salary

- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional quality, service, and consistency
- Manage food, beverage, labor, and operating costs while achieving sales and profitability goals
- Analyze financial performance and make operational decisions that improve results
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the organization
- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service or independent restaurant
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage, and guest service
- Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and P&L performance
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Current ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain)
