Construction Project Manager - US, North Carolina – Long Term Contract Do you want to be part of a forward thinking global pharmaceutical client who have facilities in over 60 countries worldwide? Then this is the next step for you! One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced Construction Project Manager for their North Carolina based location. What you’ll do Manage and oversee daily construction activities for the production building, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and GMP standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for the delivery and installation of critical equipment, including high‑purity piping systems, HVAC units, bioreactors, and process utility systems. Develop and manage construction schedules, labor budgets, and material logistics to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct design and constructability reviews to identify potential challenges and recommend solutions. What you’ll need Extensive experience in construction management or superintendent roles. Experience supporting EPCM projects of over $500m (ideally within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing). Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors across large facilities.
