Equipment Depot Inc. in Itasca, IL, is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and engage candidates across corporate, field operations, sales and manufacturing. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. The role requires 3–5 years in talent sourcing, experience with job boards, referrals, networking, and candidate engagement tools.
