Senior Customer Engineer - LATAM

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer - LATAM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will act as a trusted technical partner to prospects and customers across LATAM, helping translate data architecture needs into clear business value. You will work closely with Account Executives, technical stakeholders, and post-sales teams to guide proof-of-concept efforts and support revenue growth. The position blends technical sales engineering, stakeholder influence, and solution consulting in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for success in this customer-facing role. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects on data architecture and business outcomes Communicate effectively at all organizational levels to influence buying decisions Bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders during proof-of-concept phases Share best practices and technical guidance during customer and prospect engagements Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth and customer success Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure value propositions are realized after the sale Develop relationships and understand the needs of technical stakeholders in your portfolio Qualifications Fluency in conversational Spanish and English Ability to communicate at all stakeholder levels, from developers to executives Proven success in qualifying and selling technical solutions to executives 6+ years in Software-as-a-Service Sales Engineering or a similar role Experience with SQL, dbt, Python, and data transformation tools Familiarity with cloud data technologies like Google Cloud and AWS Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care Mental Wellness Benefit Generous Vacation Policy and additional company holidays Enhanced Parental Leave Volunteer Time Off Pre-tax benefits including 401(K) and holiday break Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
