What You'll Do:

5. Study the local market (from Little River to Pawleys Island) to become a trusted neighborhood expert.

What You Need:

1. A valid South Carolina Real Estate License
2. No prior real estate sales experience required—we will train the right person!
3. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
4. Comfortable using modern technology, CRMs, and social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $235,000.00+ per year

Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday
2. Self-determined schedule
3. Weekend availability
