$98,500+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, securing the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall team performance.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, strengthening our brand presence and community ties.
• Utilize innovative marketing techniques to promote listings and attract potential buyers effectively.
