Marketing Campaign Manager

About this role The Marketing Campaign Manager will own campaign operations and execution across multiple areas of the business, including: Subscription marketing E-commerce marketing Seasonal initiatives Partnerships and promotions This person will act as the connective tissue between creative, growth, content, product, and leadership teams. What you'll do Campaign Planning & Execution Build and manage campaign and launch calendars Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives Build and launch campaigns across owned and operated channels Ensure projects move on schedule and stakeholders stay aligned Help turn strategic priorities into executable plans Marketing Operations Conduct quarterly planning meetings with business stakeholders Spearhead campaign development with relevant stakeholders Own and maintain project management systems Build repeatable workflows, templates, and SOPs Reporting & Communication Run recurring marketing meetings and follow-ups Conduct post-hoc campaign analysis and apply to future ideas and execution. Help leadership maintain visibility into priorities and timelines What Success Looks Like Campaigns launch on time without last-minute chaos Team priorities stay aligned and visible Content and marketing calendars become proactive instead of reactive Projects move forward without leadership having to manage every detail The marketing team becomes more scalable and operationally efficient Qualifications You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Thrive in fast-paced environments with lots of moving pieces Are highly organized with strong attention to detail Natural take ownership and push projects forward Are proactive instead of waiting for direction Can manage both strategy and execution Communicate clearly and confidently Enjoy building systems and improving workflows Can balance creative flexibility with operational discipline Experience 2–5 years in marketing, campaign management, project management, or marketing operations Experience managing multi-channel campaigns Strong understanding of marketing workflows and production timelines Familiarity with content, e-commerce, and growth marketing environments Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc. What we’re looking for You are a self-starter who can lead the development and execution of video production obligations that align with creative and business needs. Someone who works well with a team to support and collaborate with colleagues. Someone who can wear multiple hats and has a clear vision of the ever-changing digital media landscape. A creative thinker who takes passion for their work through storytelling and detail & uses critical thinking to make strategic decisions. Understands social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective content formats. Willingness to build your own schedule and work on tasks. 40+ hours a week Candidate reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
