Job Description
A manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio is seeking Production Workers to join their 3rd shift team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products according to company standards. Responsibilities:
· Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
· Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
· Monitor materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Ability to lift, move, or handle materials as needed
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift schedule

The base pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, shift differential, or other compensation. This position also offers a $2.00 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift. Your final pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
