Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Supervisor We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, well-presented facility. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team while making an impact on patient care. This role creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the overall appearance of the facility.

- Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education
- Ability to speak and write English
- Leadership qualities
- Housekeeping experience
- Ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances
- Must successfully complete thorough background screen
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Assign tasks to the housekeeping team
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions in accordance with daily work assignments and established procedures
- Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings
- Clean floors and bathrooms as necessary and directed
- Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed
- Follow established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies
- Clean work and supply carts and equipment as necessary
- Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service educational classes, and on-the-job training programs as scheduled
