About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Sales Operations to join their commercial team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, efficiency, and compliance across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and evolving the global sales operations strategy, leading enterprise-level sales and customer service process optimization, and owning the global sales operating cadence. Key duties include overseeing the global sales technology ecosystem, providing executive-level leadership on sales forecasts, and leading global commercial business reviews. The role demands a leader with a strong global mindset, advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record in enterprise transformation and change management. Candidates for the Vice President, Sales Operations position at the company should have 15-20 years' of experience in sales operations, channel management, or revenue operations within complex, global environments. The role requires deep expertise in global sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, and operating model governance. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence senior executives, and a background in leading global, multi-region organizations are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong global mindset, with demonstrated cross-cultural leadership and international business experience, and a proven capability in enterprise transformation and change management.
